Brand new construction finishing up. I'm hoping to have it ready to rent by 9/1 but don't want to promise anything as it could be the second (or potentially third) week of September. I'm a local owner (I live in Baxter) with one other rental (right next door). I'm not going to screw you, and I'm looking for a quiet, clean tenant with rental history that isn't going to screw me. 12x24 external storage garage included in rent! While it probably isn't great to use daily for a car (it has a roll-up door), if you have toys/lots of stuff, it provides a ton of extra storage. -2 bedroom, 1 bath, laundry on site-In floor heat-Private, wooded location-New everything (new construction...)-Large discounts for rent paid in advance (thousands of dollars if the full year is paid in advance)$1,390/mo, first/last/deposit due at lease signing-Internet and Water Included!-Garbage/Electricity/Gas tenant's responsibility. Cats (declawed fronts) and dogs under 40lb OK (up to one each). Additional $50/mo per pet with additional $500 pet deposit. Vet records will be required. No smoking/vaping on site.
