The Pearl Apartments

The Pearl in Owatonna, consists of 22-one bedroom units, 9-one bedroom with den, and 12-two bedroom/two bath units. All 43 units have 9 foot ceilings and the 4th floor units have popular vaulted ceilings. Each unit has a private balcony or patio, individually controlled heat and air conditioning, private washer and dryer, high speed internet, and stainless steel appliances. The building has a fitness center, as well as, the 4th floor has a terrace with a fire table, BBQ grills and a community room. There is plenty of parking with 42 surface parking spaces and 16 garages and 16 5x8 storage units. Utilities included in the rent are Water, Sewer, and Refuse. There is a mandatory monthly internet charge of $40. Residents are responsible for payment of heat and electricity, and optional cable tv. Management charges a $125, non-refundable, administrative fee that is related to our internal and administrative costs for the establishment of a resident file, and preparation of initial lease paperwork and related addendums. This administrative fee must be paid, in addition to the payment of first months' rent, any pro-rated rent, or any deposit that might be required on the day of move-in
