Hey! I’m a guy in my early 20's looking to rent out the second bedroom in my house. The room is clean, bright, and comes unfurnished (but I can help you move stuff in if needed). Rent is $900/month and that includes all utilities — water, electricity, gas, high-speed internet, everything. The house is located three houses away from Lake Minnetonka in the heart of Mound with only a 10 minute walk into town. You’d have access to a fully equipped kitchen, shared bathroom, living room, washer/dryer, and a small backyard. Parking is available in the driveway and on the street. I'm pretty laid-back, clean, and respectful — looking for someone with a similar mindset. Ideal situation for a student or young professional.
