APPLICATIONS: Each person over the age of 18yr that will be living in the home will need to fill out a separate application. $50 Nonrefundable 1x fee for each application to be submitted. Applications are good in our system for up to 6months and can be moved around to other properties. CREDIT SCORE: -We look for someone in the household to have a Minimum Credit score of 620 or Higher but have some options for those who fall below or do not have this score. 620 or higher score – approved. 580-619 – Approved with either double deposit or co signer with min score 579 or below is automatically required to have a co-signer. INCOME VERIFICATION: -Verifying the Grossed Income for the household to be 2.5x the monthly rent for all units.
