This unit is currently occupied and we are showing with approved applications only. The video walk through is posted on the Guardian Property Management website. We are looking for an 20-24 month lease to start. Walking into the main level you will find the living, dining room, and kitchen. The garage entry is off the kitchen and there is a half bath. Upstairs you have a primary bedroom with closet and bath. The second bedroom has its own bathroom in the hallway. W/D as well as a large den area are also located on the second floor.
