Our spacious town homes are in a great location- near the Mall of America! Each home offers two private entrances into the two story, three bedroom, and two bathroom homes. This location offers onsite laundry, a play area for children and off street parking. Trash and water are included in the rent. -GREAT location -Laundry Room -Off-Street Parking -Cats Allowed -Sorry we don't have garages- surface level parking only Rental Criteria You must meet the criteria below to qualify INCOME: Your gross monthly income must be at least two and a half times the monthly rent. If you don’t meet our income criteria, you will need to have a qualified co-signer or a double deposit. RENTAL HISTORY: We look for positive personal rental history. Negative rental history, such as a past eviction, owing a previous Management Company money, or being sued by a prior Management Company will result in your application being declined. If you do not have sufficient rental history, you will need to have a qualified co-signer. CRIMINAL CHECK: We run a credit and criminal background check on every person over the age of 18 residing in our apartments. If a felony of any kind or a criminal charge/misdemeanor involving dishonesty or violence is found in your background check, or if you are on a sex offender registry, your application will be denied. CREDIT CHECK: Your credit score must be 650 or higher. If you are not currently working and/or don’t meet our credit criteria, you will need to have a qualified co-signer or a double deposit
