The downstairs also has a family room and two bedrooms along with a 3/4 bathroom. The dryer and washer are located in the downstairs bathroom but are included. There is a two stall garage that includes plenty of light, a work bench and a heater. The garage has easy access to the fenced in yard along with the road to pull your vehicle(s) in. Pets to be discussed with owners and would be accepted with additional fees. $35 per person background check fee $300 non-refundable pet fee $50/mo pet rent Vision Properties requires that your monthly rental rate does not exceed 30% of your monthly income.
