Income limits are required to qualify for these units. Income Restrictions for TIF Units: A household of one must make $43,500 or less per year. A household of two must make $49,700 or less per year. A household of three must make $55,900 or less per year. A household of four must make $62,100 or less per year. A deposit of $500 (down from $1000) and an application fee of $50/adult are due with the completed application. The maximum number of residents in a unit is equal to two persons per bedroom. In addition, each unit is limited to two adults per household.
