Barstow Mc Logistics Base, CA

The Marine Corps Logistics Base Barstow is one of only two supply and maintenance institutions, the other being the Marine Corps Logistics Base Albany. The mission of the MCLB Barstow is to rebuild and repair ground combat and combat support equipment. It also provides support to installations on the West Coast. MCLB is the second-largest employer in the Barstow area.

Barstow serves as a transportation hub for the Inland Empire. It is located about 55 miles north of San Bernardino and is the halfway point between Los Angeles and Los Vegas, Nevada. Barstow is the best location for an apartment near the Marine Corps Logistics Base Barstow, but there are several other communities within commuting distance, including Newberry Springs, Yermo, Victorville, Apple Valley, Hesperia, and Lucerne Valley.
