The living space boasts three large bedrooms all of fairly equal size. A large and well-appointed kitchen. Stately hallway connecting bedrooms and a long staircase leading down to the lower foyer and front door. Basement comes complete with in-unit laundry and some additional storage. The pictures likely speak for themselves. Tenants pay for gas for boiler and water heater and electricity. It's a large space so you should likely budget about $200/month for gas and electric. Property owner pays for water. There is no central air conditioning. All parking is on-street so you'll need to get parking passes from the City of Ypsilanti and they cost about $40/year. The apartment's last tenants were there for eight years and its just coming off a major refreshment. The space should be ready for occupancy in the middle to late summer.
