This spacious, fully-furnished cottage is located in the village of Whitmore Lake, 15 miles north of Ann Arbor. The cottage has four bedrooms, three bathrooms, several 'extra' rooms, and a large backyard. It sits across the street from an idyllic lake, to which the property has deeded access. Highway US-23 passes through Whitmore Lake, offering a direct route to and from Ann Arbor. In addition to the standard twelve-month lease, we are happy to consider shorter leases. We'll cover water and trash- the tenant will be responsible for all other utilities. Parking is available on premise.
