His innovations include the formation of a dedicated Administrative Support Team to assist agents and clients, as well as implementing specialty teams tailored to different segments of the business. Clarence has helped drive the brokerage’s rapid growth, managing over 200 closings annually, with more than $10 million in yearly sales and an impressive average of under 60 days on market per listing.
