INSIDE THE CONDO This beautiful condo is located on the third floor of the Lake Pointe Condos, there is an elevator to make loading and unloading easy. This beautiful condo features three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The first two bedrooms are conveniently located on the main level. Bedroom one has a Queen Tempur-Pedic bed and bedroom 2 has a Twin Daybed with a Twin Trundle. The main bedroom located on the upper level has a queen-sized Tempur-Pedic bed, a walk-in closet with beautiful built-ins, and a private full bathroom. The main living area includes the kitchen with a large island and separate eating area, a spacious family room, and a flat-screen TV. Two balconies are located off the living room and one on the upper level in the main bedroom, all with beautiful views of the Marina and Spring Lake. SLEEPING The unit is permitted for a maximum occupancy of 8 and has provided bedding for 6. The attached dining area has seating for six at the table as well as two seats at the kitchen island. PARKING There are two designated parking spots in the garage located on the first-floor parking area.
