Unit 2 of 211 S. Pleasant is perhaps our best apartment at the property! It is a first floor apartment that faces 3rd street and as a result gets plenty of natural light. Don't worry about noise from above because during our renovation we poured 1 1/2 inches of sound deadening concrete to the subfloor. This apartment also has two entrances to the three-seasons porch either through the apartment, or from the exterior. The apartment has a full stainless steel Samsung appliance package and comes with a 55" smart TV mounted in the family room and an additional mount is located in the bedroom if you have a TV you would like to hang.
