Mallard Cove offers 1 and 2 bedroom apartments with immediate move in available! When choosing Mallard Cove as your home, we offer 6 & 8 month leases (after you've been a resident for 12 months). We value our residents very much and understand paying for heat can be a hassle, so we include heat, water, trash, and sewer. Each building has controlled access entry, so you are able to have safety and privacy in the space of your own home. We also provide on site Card and App (download) operated laundry in buildings. Have a Pet that's a part of your family? Cats and dogs are welcome (with fees and restrictions)! We also have additional storage available.
