I will have an open house on Wednesday evening 5-7pm. If this time or date does not work for you please contact me and we can work out a private showing. If you do not do this company's background check for $29, then I will need the application fee and I will take care of it. My applications will be available at the open house and the fee is $25. Deadbolts are in the front and back doors, all windows lock and some windows have screens. There are four ceiling fans throughout the home. There is a damp Michigan basement with glass block windows. All new luxury laminate flooring in kitchen and backroom. Butcher block counter top in kitchen and a double sink. All new (1 year old) carpet and flooring in all other rooms except the bathroom, which is ceramic tile. Every room freshly painted in the last 12 months. Large deck off front and back, larger in back. Clothes washer hookups on the main floor in the back room, and dryer hookup is gas. No stove or refrigerator is supplied. The stove hook-up is gas.
