This 4 bedroom 3.5 bathroom cottage has 75 feet of beach frontage on Lake Huron, comes fully furnished (bring your own linens & towels), and for a 30 day minimum (rental rates and terms vary based on timeframe, $1,750 advertised is for a 6 month rental with tenants paying utilities). Longer term (up to 11 months) and shorter term are available at different rates and terms (inquire about exact dates and we will provide you with details).
