6-Month rental. (Available 3-5 months at higher rate.) I'm a snowbird, so I'm looking to rent my fully furnished condo from November to early-mid May. Good for shorter-term executive visitors, students that don't want to pay for summer months, etc. (3-5 month term also available at higher monthly rate.) This is a nice, safe, quiet Condo only minutes from the freeway, and walking distance to downtown Plymouth, with many nice bars and restaurants. One of the nicest/safest towns in Southeastern Michigan, only 20 minutes from both Ann Arbor and Detroit. My spacious unit is the upper level, so has vaulted ceilings, skylights, and no noise above you. Cozy balcony patio overlooks grass and trees. Gas fireplace for cool evenings, new furnace/A.C. for Michigan weather. Covered assigned parking near unit. Laundry in unit. Wifi/water included with rent. Gas/electric covered up to $100/month. 2nd BR set up as office with printer/scanner. 1.5 months rent security deposit, $250 appliance deposit. No pets please, due to my allergies and condo restrictions.
