The perfect tiny home hidden away on a double fenced lot with backyard workshop with electric (220v) and secondary shed. 1 bedroom, fully updated bathroom, brand new flooring, brand new windows, newer kitchen with all appliances included. Washer and dryer in bathroom provided. 2 dogs allowed max. No other pets, and no pet rent or pet deposit charged. Tenant responsible for putting all utilities in their name, and lawn maintenance. The fence has seen better days and is on the schedule to be replaced in the next year. Must get your own renters insurance.TO BOOK A SHOWING:-Put in an application for anyone 18+ that would live in the home. MUST upload paystubs or bank statement showing 2x monthly rent in income.-I will then review your applications and reach out to you via text to book a showing once the application AND paystubs are uploaded.-After the showing if you like it you will then do a background check to be considered as a potential renter.
