The original hardwood floors of the entry and dining room have been refinished. A door from the dining room opens to the main floor bedroom, which could be used as a den. It has a large closet and access to the downstairs full bath. The kitchen has updated lighting, cabinets, countertop and backsplash, and new appliances, including a dishwasher. A large island accommodates 2 or 3 stools. The small appliance center/coffee bar is complete with an under-counter refrigerator, and a nearby pantry closet adds valuable storage. At the other end of the kitchen more storage is provided by a large utility closet just inside the archway to the back entry (which has a coat closet).
