Any non-approved pets will incur a $500 fine, and failure to disclose pets may result in the cancellation of your booking without a refund. Smoking is only allowed outside, and any evidence of smoking inside will result in a $1000 fine for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning. Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM daily, and a $250 fine will be charged for noise complaints. Check-out time is 11 AM, and a $250 fee will be charged if you check out after 11:15 AM. Please do not move furniture, as a $250 fine will be charged if furniture is moved from its original position. An excessive cleaning fee of up to $250 may apply for dirt, mud, or stains on floors or rugs. Security cameras are surrounding the exterior of the property and inside the common area laundry room.
