Cleveland Manor is comprised of two facilities, Cleveland Manor I and Cleveland Manor II. Cleveland Manor I has two different leasing options available, you can choose the option that will best fit your individual family needs. Cleveland Manor I provides comfortable housing to those age 62 and over. Our Market Rate option allows you to rent an apartment at a set rate. Our Project-Based Voucher option offers rental assistance by way of a Project-Based Voucher funded by the Michigan State Housing Development Authority (MSHDA). Vouchers are administered by Community Management Associates. All Project-Based Voucher rents are based on 30% of your gross family income. Cleveland Manor II provides comfortable housing to those age 62 and over and persons under 62 with a disability (must be at least 18 years old to qualify). Cleveland Manor II has a Section 8 program that bases rent on 30% of your gross family income and is funded by Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Cleveland Manor is located in the heart of Midland, MI on Cleveland Avenue, near the Center City District. It is close to shopping, eateries, and many activities. Our community is nestled in a quiet, residential setting with beautifully landscaped grounds surrounded by mature trees, an abundance of flowers, and manicured shrubs. Our smoke-free facility is designed for resident independence privacy. Cleveland Manor is an independent living facility. Please call for current income limits.
