Any additional parking will be in the driveway or street. The neighbors are considerate, courteous, and respectful. We are looking for a tenants who are clean, cooperative, and respectful. The landlord is responsible for portions of snow and landscaping. The tenant pays all utilities: trash, water, gas, and electricity. Credit, criminal, and eviction histories will be reviewed. No prior evictions, judgments, or past felony convictions will be accepted. Smoking is not allowed on the property. Dogs are not allowed. Two cats are allowed. Initial pet fee of $175 per cat and a $25 monthly pet fee per cat. Section 8 is not set up for this home. Every adult (18 years and older) must complete a background check and pay a non-refundable $55.00 application fee. Credit must be established with a minimum score of 580.
