This loft is Located right in the heart of historic Old Town Lansing. The Loft is on the second floor of one of the original late 1880’s buildings, but has been recently remodeled. There are only 4 units in the building with an artisan Coffee shop, right on the first floor. All lofts are 1 Bdrm units with Professionals, Grad student and younger couples, no smoking in the building. Security entrances to the common hallway, and a common Laundry facility. Each unit has (1) secure parking spot in the buildings private P-Lot that has security cameras. Centrally located with walking access to everything in old town and close access to the river-walk, leading to Downtown, Lansing Community College, within blocks, and all the way to MSU (5 min drive) if desired.
