Arbor Heights offers two bedroom, one bath ranch style townhouses. All townhouses include a private one stall garage with electric opener, central air, a finished family room in the lower level, a deck or patio, all kitchen appliances, washer/dryer hook-ups, and window blinds throughout. Some optional features include daylight windows in the lower level, an attached garage, and your choice of backyard views. We even have a few three bedroom, two full bath units available on occasion. Our location, near the corner of 28th Ave and Port Sheldon St. is just minutes from the I-196 and M-6 interchanges as well as the Rivertown Crossings shopping and entertainment district, giving the residents at Arbor Heights quick access to all the conveniences. Arbor Heights is locally owned and managed by the Koetje family. Koetje Builders has been crafting living spaces with unrivaled quality since 1965.
