This home is in a rural area on 2 partially wooded acres with a detached garage and a couple of utility sheds. Rental owner has a farm across the street and is available and responsive to renter needs. Renters may have their own garden and there is plenty of space for that. House pets are negotiable, on a case-by-case basis (additional security deposit required). We are also reasonably open to allowing small farm animals such as poultry, rabbits, etc. providing the tenants are able to properly fence and house the same at their own expense. Security deposit, first and last month's rent due at lease signing. Smoking by tenants or guests is not allowed.
