About The Wedgewood Apartments
There is no closer location to MSU. Why drive or ride a bus (freezing at bus stops in winter) when you can live literally across the street from campus. Wedgewood Apartments are located at 308 W. Michigan Ave directly across from the MSU main campus a block from the Student Union Building where Michigan and Grand River come together. The monthly rent is $1400 for 2 bedroom apt on ground floor and $1460 for upper floors. Additional person in 1 bedroom apt extra $100/mo). Leases are for a full year. We keep the building very quiet and it is therefore ideal for serious students or those who enjoy peace and quiet when they return home. The building is pet-free. The Michigan Avenue CATA bus stop is directly out front and provides access to Meridian Mall, both downtowns, and a route through the heart of MSU campus even though you live directly next to campus. On-site reserved personal parking space is available for $20 per month open space and $30 per month carport space. All utilities (heat, AC, trash and water) except electricity are included. The apartments are unfurnished, and tenants select and cover their own cable/internet plans.
