Parties and events are strictly prohibited, with a fine of $500 for violations, legal action, and possible eviction without reimbursement. Unauthorized animals or pets incur a fee of $250. Missing or damaged items will be charged at direct replacement cost plus a fine of up to $300. Towels and linens must be kept in good condition, and guests should not wash comforters or duvet comforters themselves. Noise can transfer easily to neighbors through walls and floors, so guests are asked to respect the home and community.
