Free parking is provided in front of the building, with management limiting parking to one car per reservation in the outdoor surface parking. Overlooking Peck Park, the neighborhood offers the advantages of city living while being tucked away in a quiet part of town. Wayne State University, College for Creative Studies, Detroit Main Public Library, the Detroit Institute of Arts, the Detroit Science Center, and the Detroit Medical Center are all within walking distance, while downtown is just minutes away. Unauthorized access to common amenities or lack of prior approval is subject to a fine of $100 per person per day, and any damage to common amenities will incur a charge of a minimum of $150. Only registered guests can use the amenities, and no outsiders or visitors are allowed. CCTVs and 24/7 security monitoring are in place to ensure compliance. The apartment has a zero-tolerance policy for parties and smoking anywhere on the premises, with a $300 fine for smoking violations and a $500 fine for party violations, including legal action and possible eviction without reimbursement. Noise detection monitors are present. Unapproved late check-out will result in a $50 charge for every hour after the scheduled check-out time. Unauthorized animal or pet incurs a fee of $250. Missing or damaged items will be charged at direct replacement cost plus a fine of up to $250. Guests are required to keep towels and linens in good condition, and any permanent stains will be considered negligent damage. Guests should not wash comforters or duvet comforters themselves to avoid damage.
