Parties are fully prohibited, with a $500 fee for unauthorized gatherings. Quiet time is from 10 PM to 6 AM. There is a $100 fee for noise complaints after the first warning, a $500 fee for indoor smoking, and a $250 penalty for having pets in the unit. A $100 penalty applies for leaving trash outside the entrance. Lost or missing keys incur a $65 fee. Please do not throw trash or paper towels in the toilet to avoid clogging. Damage to the interior or common areas will result in a pro-rated auto-chargeback from your booking account. On checkout, please turn off the lights, the A/C unit, water, and gas/stove, and lock the door behind you. Penalties will automatically be withdrawn from your booking account. The total number of guests in your reservation applies to anyone accessing the space during your stay, not just guests staying overnight. If you have more guests over than your booking was made for, you will either be charged for the additional number of guests during your stay or your booking will be canceled immediately without a refund.
