The Lopez Realty Team is a HUSBAND & WIFE TEAM with over 35 years of negotiating, marketing & sales experience. “Hire a Pitbull, Not a Poodle” is our motto because we fight for our clients! We are real estate experts in both commercial & residential with 90% of our business coming from repeat business & referrals. We've had clients in Argentina, Colombia, Chile, Dubai, Italy, Kuwait. I got my start in real estate working with foreclosure and investment properties. As a result we now work with bank owned properties, hedge funds and local, out of state and overseas investors. In addition we have manage multiple rehab projects.
With over 35 years of negotiating and marketing experience, we place a strong emphasis on technology, social media, and other online platforms to get our clients property SOLD for top dollar! We use professional photography as well as a comprehensive marketing plan including targeted advertising/behavioral targeting as well as extensive social media engagements with real analytics.
We answer all our calls and return calls. Today, we see so many agents using their camera phones to take pictures and they don’t answer their phones once they get a listing. We want to make an impact on that by giving homeowners a better option.
In 2001 I met the love of my life, April, and we shared the same passion about real estate. We were married in 2002 and she is the Chief Operating Officer & Chief Financial Officer of all of our businesses. We are both licensed real estate professionals with 18 years of experience between us. April brings a strong legal, organizational and finance background to the team. She is amazing at what she does and I could not do this without her.

Desde niño, jugando Monopoly, soñaba con bienes raíces. Después de leer Padre Rico, Padre Pobre, decidí dedicarme por completo a este mundo. En 2001 conocí a April, nos casamos en 2002 y hoy es mi socia, Directora de Operaciones y Finanzas de todos nuestros negocios. Llevamos más de 21 años casados, tenemos dos hijos y una gran pasión compartida.
