Guests enjoy free parking for up to three vehicles, two behind the property (by the alley) and one in front. Located in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood just minutes from downtown, this house offers easy access to restaurants, parks, and attractions while providing a peaceful environment. Parties are fully prohibited. Quiet time is from 10 PM to 6 AM. There is a $300 penalty for smoking on the property, and you will also be dismissed from your rental without a refund. There is a $250 penalty if noise level, parties, or other obscene behavior requires a police callout, and you will also be dismissed from the property without a refund. There is a $100 penalty for leaving trash outside the entrance to your property. Once your trash cans are full, please deposit trash in the large trash cans located at the building entrance. Check-in is any time after 4 PM, and check-out is at 10 AM. Please note that a late check-out without authorization will lead to a night-rate cost penalty. Please do not throw trash, paper towels, or toilet paper in the toilet to avoid clogging; please use the trash can. Damage to the interior of the property or common areas will result in a pro-rated auto-chargeback from your booking account. On checkout, please turn off the lights, the A/C unit, water, and gas/stove, and lock the door behind you. The basement includes two sofa beds, allowing up to 10 guests to sleep comfortably.
