428 S Division St Apartments

Hello! I am looking for a subletter for my Ann Arbor studio for this summer (May 1 - August 18). The studio is largely unfurnished -- there is a bed, but no couch/desk etc. The apartment is within a subdivided house on South Division Street. Rent (800/month) includes all utilities, excluding internet. Apartment is cat friendly (up to 2 cats) but not dog-friendly. Apartment is between UofM campus and Main Street, within walking distance of both and right next to a protected bike lane. I did not pay for a parking spot, even though there is a lot in the back of the house. There is free street parking nearby, and you may be able to negotiate with summer housemates if you want to park in the driveway. It is a studio, but I have really enjoyed living there! There is a large closet for storage, a private bathroom with tub, and microwave & stovetop/oven in the kitchen. I can move out after finals, so the apartment will be available end of April/before May 1. The lease ends at the end of August.
