Unit 3 is a 1-bedroom apartment with lots of windows and a spacious, open layout. The kitchen includes an electric stove, sink, and fridge. The house also features one parking space per unit, a window AC unit, and shared laundry in the building basement. Gas/electric are billed to the tenant ledger monthly at a flat-rate. Water/sewer/trash/recycling is billed at a flat-rate $70 per tenant per quarter. Landlord provides lawn care and snow removal. Pets are allowed on a case by case basis; fees apply (one-time non-refundable pet fee of $100 plus $50/month for 1 pet or $75/month for 2+ pets).
