This beautifully updated 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment unit is conveniently located on Ann Arbor's northside, minutes from University of Michigan hospital, north campus, and not far from Central Campus/downtown.
Walk in the unit door directly into the open kitchen and living room space. Hardwood floors can be found throughout. The kitchen has charming wood cabinetry, updated countertops, and stainless steel appliances, including stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, and garbage disposal. There is plenty of countertop space, including an island that has outlets and overhang for barstools.
The living room has a sliding glass door to the balcony, which lets in plenty of natural light. The bathroom has been fully updated with a spacious vanity and shelving as well as a tub/shower combo, ample cabinetry, and a stacked washer/dryer.
Both bedrooms are sizable. There is boiler heat and through-wall AC in one bedroom, which vents to the rest of the unit. 1 free parking space is included. Each September there is a lottery for extra parking spots, for an extra yearly fee (usually between $700-$800). This is done through the HOA directly. Baker Street does not guarantee an extra parking space.
