We are renting out our beautiful condo. It has an open layout living+dining room that opens into the kitchen, 3 bedrooms, and a bonus room (use it as guest bedroom - love the big closet there). Why we chose it, and why you might love living here: Extra-high ceilings, hardwoods throughout, granite counters and fancy faucet in the kitchen, and the perk of all perks - central AC! Oh, and a marble-tiled bathroom plus laundry in-unit. Not in the basement. The basement just has a good amount of storage for you. We also have share a backyard AND a wonderful deck. Location: close to everything - restaurants, shops, schools and playgrounds. Bus to Harvard square is around the corner, Mass Pike is easily accessible. Parking: a private parking spot, plus a permit to park on the street if you have more than one car. You'll be living in a 6-condo building, all owner-occupied and lovingly maintained. Note: the pictures are from when we lived there, but now the condo is empty and professionally cleaned. Important! NOT REALLY for ROOMMATES. Our condo association doesn't allow more than 2 unrelated people per unit. Couple and families welcome!
