Unit Details This is a second floor apartment in a triple decker. We used to live in this unit and were friendly with our respectful and kind neighbors. Condo entrance is shared with one other unit above. There's a Nest thermostat. Windows are double paneled and have good sound proofing. This was used as an office space with 2 desks on opposite ends. - Full Bath: has a bath tub, toilet, and sink.  - Half Bath: has the in unit washer and dryer, as well as toilet and sink.  - Kitchen: all modern appliances.  Lease Terms  Security deposit, first month, and last month are due before move in. No broker fees. In terms of utilities, you will set up internet, electricity, and gas. Water, waste, and snow removal are covered by us.
