This apartment was renovated in 2019 with additional new cabinets, and then additional cabinets, new painting and refinished floors just completed. The house is well maintained and there is a new large shared front porch as well as shared access to a large backyard. We are about a mile from MIT and Harvard making it a great location for walking and biking and easily navigating the city.
