It is one of two cottages on the property and shares the yard with the neighboring cottage. Available September 12th through June 12th. Monthly rent: $2,500 Rent includes: water/sewer, trash removal, internet, and an electric/heat credit of up to $300 per month. Tenant must pay for any electric/heat usage above the monthly credit.
