The kitchen has everything you need with plenty of counter and cabinet space, a sink, stainless refrigerator, gas range and dishwasher, microwave, toaster, Keurig coffee maker, tea pot, knives and cutting board, pots and pans, glasses, flat-wear and utensils, and is stocked with coffee, tea, filtered water, food and snacks. Many more conveniences can be found with a 10-15 minute walk or short drive. There is a nearby park with a field, basketball courts, and a playground. You can easily access this apartment by car or public transportation. It is a 15-minute, 3/4 mile walk from the North Quincy T Station on the Red Line, which gets you downtown in 25 minutes. It is close to highway 93, which provides quick access to Boston and the South Shore. You can drive to downtown Boston in 15 minutes, the airport in about 15 minutes, TD Garden is 15 minutes, Fenway park is 25 minutes, Plymouth in 45 minutes, and to Cape Cod in an hour.
