This building is two blocks from the Ocean and has partial ocean views. It is close to everything you would need. There is a great little market and laundry diagonally across the street. The parking is on street but there is never an issue with finding a close space. Some animals are ok, I would have to see what you have. Most important, the other tenants are great and there are never any conflicts. This is a two bedroom but there is a bonus room that doesn't have a closet but would make a great office.
