This is the older section on Plymouth, these houses used to be for the Mill workers back in the early 19th Century. This building is two blocks from the Ocean and has partial ocean views. It is close to everything you would need. There is a great little market and laundry diagonally across the street. The parking is on street but there is never an issue with finding a close space. I am asking 1400 but will lower the price in exchange for responsibilities, ie cleaning the common area, gardening etc. Some animals are ok, I would have to see what you have. Most important, the other tenants are great and there are never any conflicts. This is a two bedroom but there is a bonus room that doesn't have a closet but would make a great office.
