Island Sunrise is designed with comfort and style in mind, offering stunning water views from every room. The outdoor space is exceptional, featuring a private yard, firepit, Adirondack chairs, and a gas grill. Indoors, the well-appointed kitchen includes a 5-burner gas stove, dishwasher, and French-door fridge, fully furnished with dishes, glassware, and cooking accoutrements. The living room boasts a wrap-around sofa with individually controlled recliners, a large-screen smart TV, and a gas fireplace, perfect for cozy evenings. Island Sunrise offers off-street parking for three cars side-by-side. During the off-season, small to medium dogs may be considered for extended stays with additional fees. Pets must be crated if left alone, and approval is on a case-by-case basis. During peak season, the home has a strict no pets policy. Plum Island is a 6-mile long barrier beach extending south of Newburyport, part of the Parker River Wildlife Refuge, visited by nearly 300 bird species seasonally. Explore the island by foot, paddle, or pedal, and enjoy the extraordinary diversity of its scenery. Newburyport, a coastal city 35 miles northeast of Boston, offers national attractions, vibrant boating, rich culture, and award-winning dining and shopping. Popular activities include exploring Parker River and Joppa Flats, discovering Newburyport's seafaring history, and enjoying a cruise to watch whales or dine. Smoking is strictly prohibited, and guests will be fined and immediately evicted for smoking or vaping in the home or on the property. No parties or events are allowed, and violations will result in eviction with no refund. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. Please respect the neighbors and the property during your stay. For those needing to work, Island Sunrise provides two dedicated workspaces with desks and chairs in both the bunk room and the guest room.
