Walk across the street to the public access way leading to the Ocean beach. Vaulted ceilings, open floor plan, mini-split A/C. Four bedrooms, two Queen bed, one double beds, one single, plus a loft for the older kids. Sleeps 4-5. One bathroom with stall shower. Parking for 2+ cars with extra parking in garage with basement area. This is the best spot for Kayaking (2 here for your use) and paddleboarding at High tides. The expansive ALL NEW Deck runs the length of the home, perfect views for cocktails and sunsets. No Pets Preferred. Possibly a small non-shedding dog. NO SMOKERS PLEASE.
