The kitchen is a great place to prepare a meal after a long day at the beach! This unit comes with enough space to park three cars in the driveway out in front of the house and the island is easily accessible by car. Plum Island is also very bike friendly, so this is another great way to get around. Plum Island is a peaceful retreat on the northeastern coast of Massachusetts. This house is located very close to the beach. This is a great area to relax and take in the sounds and smells of the ocean, while still being close to quaint downtown Newburyport, full of great restaurants and shopping! Guests will have access to the entire property and yard. I am always available to answer questions that you may have, but I respect your privacy. The beach is just a short walk over the dunes. Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 8:00. Smoking inside the house will incur an extra $250 cleaning fee for odor removal. Unauthorized guests beyond the home capacity may be fined $50 per unapproved guest. Unauthorized vehicles will incur an extra charge of $50 per vehicle. Parking is available for up to six cars. Parking on the grass may result in a $75 charge if the sprinklers are broken. By booking this property, you agree to use the pool at your own risk. Anyone under the age of 18 should not use the pool without adult supervision. Early check-in and late checkout may be available for a cost of $75. Guests who stay beyond their checkout time without approval will be charged $100 per hour.
