This is a single family home in the clean and convenient location in Marlborough MA, about 30 miles from Boston. This is a clean, quiet and pleasant home and the 2nd floor of is rented. On the 2nd floor there are 2 bedrooms, half bath and sink, kitchenette ( fridge, micro, dining table, shelving), -- comfortable space with many windows. Currently one bedroom is occupied by a very nice professional who works in Boston and we are looking for one more occupant for the other bedroom that has a very large closet. This room is about 250sq but the entire 2nd floor is about 900sq. Since this is a single family home there is only one full bath on the 1st floor, and you will be using this bathroom for shower. Looking for a respectful individual to occupy the room. No security deposit. Short rental is acceptable. You could move in any day of the month (if you move in on the 10th of the month, then you pay the rent on the 10th every month)
