The side door goes to a private deck and side yard with a separate parking spot provided just steps away. The front door is available with no steps making this house handicap-able friendly. We raised our daughter and lived in this special place for severals years before building our home next door. We are available when necessary and invisible most times. All utilities, trash and recycling removed and included, please be efficient and conserve water and energy. All included with the monthly fee that can change as rates or excessive use will increase.
