"The Loft" located in the quaint seaside village of Lanesville, (Gloucester) is perfect for one or two people looking to spend their winter in Gloucester with a view of Lanes Cove and Ipswich Bay beyond. The Loft has recently been updated with a brand new bathroom (walk-in shower), new deck and new queen Nectar mattress. The Loft comes with a fully stocked kitchen and is fully furnished with nice, coastal decor. High ceilings, hard wood floors and skylights make this space bright, warm and welcoming. The Loft is situated between the Lanesville Package and the Cove Cafe and Post Office so you can get delicious Dom's marinated meat for dinner at the packie and then breakfast and sandwiches at the Cafe. Parking is free (on street) and you can typically find a spot right in front of the Loft. Rent includes electric, internet and cable. Propane heat is the tenants responsibility. Dogs allowed with a deep cleaning at end of rental paid by tenant.
