This community is one of those rare places where you get brand-new construction, a neighborhood feel, and a lifestyle upgrade all at the same time. The unit you toured was recently renovated, and everything across the community is extremely clean, polished, and well maintained — it honestly shows the second you walk in.
Something I personally love about these homes is how thoughtfully the layouts are designed for real life. There are outlets everywhere (and plenty of ways to hide cords without your space looking messy), great closet and storage space, and the little details that matter daily — like excellent water pressure and a comfortable flow to the layout.
The property itself is also impressively managed. There are no dumpsters or open trash areas sitting around — it’s consistently clean and organized. The maintenance team is excellent: professional, responsive, and actually helpful when you need them. And the management team has that not-too-corporate vibe — the kind of office that treats people like real humans, not like unit numbers. The owner, Ed, is on-site and takes a lot of pride in keeping everything held to a high standard, and it shows.
