This fully furnished unit is offered for short-term, transient use only and is not a rental tenancy or lease. Guests must maintain a primary residence elsewhere and agree to abide by house rules, maximum occupancy, and payment terms. No subletting or unauthorized guests are allowed. Self check-in and check-out are available, and a welcome booklet will be emailed two weeks prior to arrival. Arrival instructions will be sent three days before arrival, including a navigational application. There is a $150 lost key fee and a $100 lockout fee. For stays of 28 days or longer, an additional cleaning fee of $90 will be charged. The living room includes a desk, providing a convenient space for work-from-home needs. A laptop computer is not included.
