The lower level includes a bright living room with a pull-out sofa and TV, a formal dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a full bath, and a serene bedroom with a queen-sized bed. Upstairs, French doors open to a flexible den or third bedroom with a Murphy bed and sofa—ideal as a cozy lounge or private sleeping space and a private outdoor deck. The spacious king bedroom offers lovely views, and a full bathroom. Laundry is available in the shared ground-level laundry room (coin-operated). There is a parking spot with the apartment but not included with the nightly rent. The nightly cost is $15 and there are other parking options in the area. Pack n' Play and high top chair are available upon request for $10 per night. With public transit just steps away, it’s easy to reach Longwood Medical Area, Fenway, and downtown Boston. You’ll also love being surrounded by Brookline Village’s unique cafes, restaurants, and boutiques. For any stays 28 days and longer an additional cleaning fee of $170 will be charged. It would be appreciated if shoes could be removed to make it quieter for people who live below. There is a $150 lost key fee and $100 lock out fee.
